How to cancel a booking and get a refund

Cancel from the app in a few taps. What you get back depends on the organiser's cutoff — always shown before you confirm.

Open the booking

Go to Sessions and open the booking you want to cancel. The cancellation policy and cutoff time are shown on the booking itself.

Confirm the cancellation

SmashR shows the refund amount before you confirm. Cancel inside the organiser's refund window and the session fee is returned; outside it, the organiser's stated rules apply. The booking fee is not refunded — it covers payment processing that has already happened.

Refund goes back to your card

Any refund is returned to your original payment method — never credit or a wallet balance. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
